Jobs-Pedia was built to solve a specific problem: Bangalore's hiring market has two national portals that serve millions, and dozens of local agencies that serve themselves. Neither really serves the startup or SMB that needs one good hire in 10 days.

What We Do Differently

We work one market: Bangalore. We place one profile: the mid-level professional with 2-8 years of experience who makes or breaks the team they join.

We charge employers only on placement. No retainer. No monthly fee. No pay-to-maybe.

We pitch candidates directly to employers instead of putting their resumes in a database and hoping a search surfaces them.

Our Model

Placement fees: 8-12% of first-year salary from the hiring company, agreed upfront, paid on hire. Job postings: Rs 5,000 to Rs 15,000 depending on the package. Employer subscription plans for teams with ongoing hiring needs.
